What are the responsibilities of fire hydrants without water property?

The responsibility of the owner of the water hydrant is to maintain and manage the fire control facilities in the management area and keep the fire control water supply facilities intact and effective.

According to Article 942 of the Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the property service provider shall properly maintain, conserve, clean, afforest and manage some owners in the property service area according to the agreement and the nature of the property, maintain the basic order of the property service area, and take reasonable measures to protect the personal and property safety of the owners.
