I. Recruitment positions
The civil aviation safety inspectors of Capital Airport (hereinafter referred to as security inspectors) have the following main responsibilities according to different working areas:
1. The security personnel in the terminal are mainly responsible for the personal safety inspection of outbound passengers at the Capital Airport, the safety inspection of carry-on baggage and checked baggage, and the safety inspection of staff entering and leaving the isolation zone and control zone in the terminal;
2. The security inspector at the peripheral crossing is mainly responsible for the security inspection of personnel, vehicles and articles entering the isolation zone through the peripheral passages of the east and west flight zones of the Capital Airport;
3. The cargo and mail security personnel are mainly responsible for the security inspection of goods, mail, personnel, vehicles and articles entering the crossing of the cargo area of the Capital Airport;
4. Special inspection business security inspectors are mainly responsible for the security inspection business of passengers, relevant security personnel, relevant accompanying personnel, staff entering the special (package) aircraft building and journalists at the Capital Airport.
Second, the recruitment conditions

Third, the recruitment process
(1) Written examination and interview
According to the recruitment conditions, the candidates will be written and interviewed.
(2) Physical examination

Fourth, internship arrangements and related treatment
(1) internship period
Students who pass written examination, interview, physical examination and background investigation will be arranged for internship. During the internship, the company, the school and the students themselves will sign a tripartite agreement. During the internship, the internship allowance is 1000 yuan/month, and the labor insurance fee is subsidized to 260 yuan/month. Pay quarterly performance cash bonus according to employees' performance every quarter, with an average monthly internship allowance 1460 yuan/month. Internship period 6.
(2) formal employment
1. After the internship period, the company will formally hire interns with excellent grades and technical secondary schools or above in national education series according to the post requirements;
2. Employees who have officially entered the security post sign a labor dispatch contract with Rong De Labor Dispatch Company at the airport, with a contract term of more than three years (including a probation period of six months).
(3) Treatment after formal employment
1, probation salary
1 to 3 months' probation salary 1 160 yuan/month, 260 yuan enjoys the labor insurance fee, and 200 yuan subsidizes the property fee and heating fee (the accommodation staff does not enjoy it). The actual income is not lower than the minimum wage in Beijing. The salary during the probation period of 4-6 months is 80% of the salary of the security post after job transfer and 60% of the performance salary.
2. Treatment after the expiration of the probation period (the following standards do not deduct all kinds of insurance, income tax and provident fund that individuals should pay)
Monthly income: 7 10 (post salary)+1800 (performance salary) +260 (labor insurance fee) +200 (the property fee and heating fee are subsidized, but the lodgers do not enjoy it) =2970 yuan. (After paying taxes and withholding personal insurance payment, it will be slightly reduced, and the actual payment will be 2400 ~ 2700 yuan)
Half-year performance cash prize: 3000 yuan, description: By the end of June each year, employees who have worked for 6 months (excluding probation period) will be given full rewards, and those who have not worked for 6 months will be given bonuses according to the actual working months (excluding probation period).
Annual performance cash prize: 3,000 yuan, description: By the end of 65,438+February each year, employees who have worked for 1 year (excluding probation period) will be fully rewarded, and employees who have not worked for 1 year will be rewarded according to the actual working months (excluding probation period).
Heatstroke prevention and cooling fee: paid in June, July and August every year, 700 yuan/month.

At the same time, the company pays housing provident fund and various social insurances for employees who sign labor contracts in accordance with the relevant regulations of the state, and the part that individuals should pay is withheld and remitted by the company from employees' wages.
