City, county (city, district) public security organs shall supervise and manage the fire control work within their respective administrative areas according to law, and the fire control institutions of public security organs at the same level shall be responsible for the specific implementation.

The departments of urban and rural planning, construction, production safety supervision, transportation, education, housing security and real estate management of the people's governments of cities and counties (cities, districts) shall do a good job in fire control within their respective functions and duties. Article 3 The Municipal People's Government shall take measures to strengthen the supervision and management of maritime fire control and establish and improve the responsibility system for maritime fire control safety. Article 4 A directory management system for key fire safety units shall be implemented. City, county (city, district) fire control institutions of public security organs shall announce the list of key units of fire control safety to the society every year. No unit or individual may set up operating points and storage points of liquefied petroleum gas, oxygen, acetylene and other flammable combustion-supporting gases, compressed gases and flammable liquids such as gasoline and kerosene in residential areas or commercial buildings. Article 10 In catering service places with a business area of more than 500 square meters, automatic fire extinguishing devices shall be installed in range hoods and cooking parts in cooking operation rooms, and automatic emergency cut-off devices shall be installed in gas or oil pipelines.

Operators of catering service places shall inspect, clean and maintain fume collection and exhaust facilities and gas pipelines such as fume hoods and exhaust pipes in cooking operation rooms every quarter, and establish ledgers. Eleventh fire facilities in residential areas are maintained and managed by property service enterprises. The residential area without professional property management is responsible for all the owners or their entrusted property managers. Twelfth residential areas, high-rise public buildings management units should be in accordance with the planning and design requirements, clearly marked fire lanes, fire climbing workplaces and fire rescue windows.

The logo styles of fire lanes, fire climbing workplaces and fire rescue windows shall be uniformly stipulated by the fire control institutions of the municipal public security organs. Seventeenth fire control institutions of public security organs should strengthen the supervision and inspection of the use and maintenance of fire protection products, establish a public service platform for fire protection product information, and timely announce the quality information of fire protection products to the public.

The fire control institutions of public security organs shall conduct spot checks on fire control products and shall not charge inspection fees.
