In areas with medium and high risk levels, it is necessary to minimize unnecessary personnel flow and avoid personnel gathering.

Personnel in high-risk areas should do personal protection according to the specific requirements of the local government. When people travel, they should cooperate with other measures, such as temperature detection of public vehicles, temperature measurement and code verification in public places, etc. Cooperate with public transportation to limit the flow, travel at different peaks, and try to keep the interpersonal distance of 1 meter. If you have fever or respiratory symptoms, you should wear a medical surgical mask and take the initiative to see a doctor. Don't go to work sick, and try to avoid taking public transport when seeing a doctor.

Article 30 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases, when disease prevention and control institutions, medical institutions, blood collection and blood supply institutions and their staff discover the epidemic situation of infectious diseases or other outbreaks, epidemics and sudden infectious diseases with unknown causes as stipulated in this Law, they shall follow the principle of territorial management of epidemic situation reporting and report according to the contents, procedures, methods and time limits as stipulated by the health administrative department of the State Council or the State Council.
