Responsibilities of Chief of Comprehensive Section of Logistics Management Office

1, responsible for the management and construction of daily written materials, rules and regulations of the Logistics Management Office;

2, responsible for coordinating and arranging the daily work of the logistics management department;

3. Responsible for the daily management of the college mailroom;

4, responsible for school health and epidemic prevention work (students common diseases, frequently-occurring diseases, infectious diseases and health education, food hygiene and safety inspection);

5, responsible for communication and coordination with the municipal health and epidemic prevention departments and campus clinics;

6, responsible for the patriotic health work of the school;

7, responsible for logistics management and the punishment of trade unions;

8. Responsible for the comprehensive management of social management in the Logistics Management Office;

9, responsible for the logistics management office website construction and management;

10, responsible for the management of the logistics management office warehouse;

1 1, responsible for contract management and supervision of minor repairs in the whole hospital;

12, responsible for the bidding and management of large and medium-sized renovation projects in schools;

13, responsible for the supervision and inspection of the work of various departments under the Logistics Management Office;

14, responsible for the attendance, assessment and daily management of logistics management staff;
