Brief introduction of East Asia Upper North Center

East Asia Shangbei Center is located in the core area of Huilongguan International Cultural Residential Area, adjacent to Huilongguan Station of Metro 13 Line, only a stone's throw away from Badaling Expressway, and adjacent to Beidian Times Square, a commercial complex with a total construction area of about 93,000 square meters in the west. The total construction area of the project is 240,000 square meters, and the building is staggered. The central garden of 30,000 square meters faces the Huilongguan Sports Park of 50,000 square meters on the south side of the project across the street, forming a natural green oxygen bar.
