1, power problem.

Treatment method:

A. If there is no battery or the battery is loose, please install the battery correctly or plug it tightly;

B the battery is dead, the battery is low, the power plug is not plugged in, and the power switch is not turned on. Replace the new battery (pay attention to the positive and negative directions when installing) and plug in the power plug (note: press the power on the leakage protection switch).

2. The water supply valve is not opened or not fully opened (automatic water control type). Solution: Check the water supply valve and open it completely.

3. The ignition electrode (ignition needle) is aging or the ignition wire is broken. Treatment: Replace the ignition electrode or ignition wire.

4. The water pressure is too low, the inlet filter is blocked or the outlet of the hot water faucet is blocked.

Treatment method:

A. The water pressure may not be enough during the peak water consumption period, and then try again when the water pressure is enough;

B. If the water pressure of all faucets is always low, it is necessary to check the waterway, and the plumber in the property management office can solve it;

C. frequently clean the filter screens at the water inlet and outlet.

5. The hot water tap is not turned on correctly. Solution: Turn on the correct hot water faucet.

6. Failure of internal parts of Wanhe water heater:

Treatment method:

A. If the eardrum in the water-gas linkage valve is damaged, replace the eardrum;

B. If the microswitch fails, replace it;

C. If the water sensor (Hall switch) is broken, it can be replaced;

D. If the air pressure switch is broken or the hose is loose and leaks, replace the air pressure switch or hose;

E. The internal wiring is damaged and should be reconnected or replaced.

7. The inlet and outlet pipes are upside down. Treatment: Install the inlet and outlet pipes normally.
