What if the property company doesn't pay the electricity bill?

Legal analysis: you can complain. Complain to the competent price department, the early property service charges must be approved by the competent price department, and the competent price department has the right to supervise and manage the property company's implementation of the charging regulations.

Complain to the Housing Authority that the Housing Authority is the industry management department of the property company and has the responsibility to deal with the violations of the property company.

Complain to the consumer association. Take it to court. The establishment of the owners' meeting shall be reported to the owners' meeting.

Article 44 A realty service enterprise may, upon the entrustment of the owners, provide services beyond those stipulated in the realty service contract, and the service remuneration shall be agreed upon by both parties.
