When the author was in charge of the project, there was a seven-story apartment with only 77 families and several other shops, which had 40 years of property rights. The property management company switches the power supply to each owner, and each household has one meter. The electricity consumption of each household is calculated according to the commercial electricity price!

At the time of delivery, there were not many households. If the owner of this building calculates the electricity price according to the average electricity consumption, the average unit price will be higher. According to the electricity consumption, the unit price per kilowatt hour (Kwh) is 1.5 yuan, which is equivalent to twice the commercial electricity price standard published by the Power Bureau. It is unfair to share the loss according to the electricity consumption for a few owners who moved in in the early stage.
