4. After the project plan is determined, it will be fed back to the owner who suffered losses at the first time. During the maintenance, go to the site to understand the maintenance progress. After the maintenance, keep in touch with the two owners, especially the one downstairs, and ask whether the water leakage problem still exists. And remind the owner to pay more attention to observation and contact you as soon as possible when problems are found.
