How about Longhu Lafontaine?

Another classmate of mine has done some structural design of houses in Longhu, and the quality requirements are higher than other buildings. After all, it is a big real estate. As far as Lafontaine is concerned, most of them are other quadrangles and foreign buildings. The greening and lighting inside are good, but the price may be higher than other buildings. I also went to see the house in Boya Bay, which used to be in Oppen, and the environment inside was quite good. Its sales department will be changed into a five-star hotel, so the environment is definitely abnormal. Now Boyawan sells high-rise buildings, and the price is still very affordable. A colleague of mine just bought more than 5000 yuan last month, but the price of this one opened later may have to increase. After all, it is technical, and more than 5,000 yuan is not as good as a cabbage. But if we pay attention to cost performance, I suggest Lafontaine is better.
