On October 23rd, 201410/kloc-0 of Shanghai Electronic Information Vocational and Technical College, two investors sued Shanghai Yidian Group, the former major shareholder of Huaxin, for making false statements in civil compensation. The case was tried in Shanghai No.1 Intermediate People's Court. The original defendants were all represented by lawyers, but the parties did not appear in court.
