Heze Luxi New Area Scope

The spatial scope of Luxi New District includes:

Seven towns (streets) are Wanfu Street, Danyang Street, Yuecheng Street, Dianhutun Street, Huang Zhen Street, Jeffery Ji and Bandi Town, and six towns (streets) are Malinggang Town, Lvling Town, Beicheng Street, Peony Street, Fangshan Town and Dutang Town, with a planned area of 497.48 square kilometers.

Heze Luxi New District adheres to the principles of core leading-leading, axis unfolding and integration and interaction, and constructs the overall layout of "one core gathering, two axes leading, three zones linkage and multi-point support".

One core: building a public service core area in the main construction land space of the new district. Develop modern service industries such as trade and logistics, finance and insurance, scientific research and development, improve public service functions such as culture, education and medical care, and build a compound public service center.

Two axes: industrial innovation development axis and modern service industry development axis. The axis of industrial innovation and development extends from Heze High-tech Industrial Development Zone to the airport area, connecting several industrial zones in the east, middle and west in series. The development axis of modern service industry connects the east-west direction of high-speed rail new city to the new district science and technology innovation center, public service center and other functional areas.

Three zones: western high-tech innovation industrial zone, central production-city integration zone, eastern high-speed rail and modern industrial zone. Heze High-tech Industrial Development Zone is the main industrial zone of high-tech innovation in the west, focusing on the development of biomedicine, new generation information technology, new energy and new materials. The integration area of the production center includes the comprehensive service area of the old city and the industrial development area west of Rilan Expressway. To the east of Beijing-Kowloon Railway, we will focus on the development of new generation information technology, high-end equipment manufacturing, modern business logistics and other industries.
