Property balcony sealing qualification

There are two situations.

1 sealed by the owner in his own home (that is, in the glass of the owner's home). For the railing that closes the window sill, the property should propose the approval of all railing styles of the balcony in the community (that is, the owner is required to close the balcony with all the same pull rods), but the installation company cannot be specified.

2. The owner sealed the outside of his home (outside the glass) because it is a public area and involves the appearance of the residential building. This must first go through the instructions of government agencies (in some places, the Housing Authority, the urban management department and the planning department), and then the property will stipulate the appearance of the tie rod.
