How to test the employment certificate of property personnel is as follows:

1. Open the search engine, enter "Property Management Employment Certificate" to pop up the screen, and click the first "Registration Entrance".

2. A new interface appears, and click the blue "Property Employment Certificate Registration Entrance".

3. Fill in the "Registration Information" and click "Fill it out and submit it immediately".

4. Fill in the "Registration Information" and then prepare the "Registration Materials". The application materials need a copy of academic certificate, two copies of ID card, two photos of 1 inch and three photos of 2 inches, submit the Application Materials, and then submit the corresponding fees to complete the registration and prepare for the exam.

Application conditions:

College graduate, 6 years or above working experience, regardless of age. The examination subjects include the basic system and policy of property management, property management specialty, comprehensive ability of property management and property management practice.

Examination form: two and a half hours for each of the first three subjects and three hours for property management practice, all of which are in the form of closed-book examination, with a total score of 100.
