What is the main purpose of community value-added services?

To tell the truth, I don't quite understand it, but since it is a "value-added service", it should be a service provided by the property, which is beyond the scope of conventional services. I have a friend who lives in Country Garden Community. He wanted to decorate the house before, and the property served by Country Garden provided help. After the transformation, my friend was particularly satisfied. Such "decoration service" is even a community value-added service.
