First, strict personnel flow management.

1. In the near future, teachers and students are not allowed to go to the university town area. Now the teaching staff living in the university town area continue to work from home and teach online.

2. Due to the recent complicated epidemic situation, students who have not returned to school will not return to school for the time being. Each college arranges teachers to carry out online and offline mixed teaching or provide online teaching guidance; If it is really necessary to go back to school, it must be strictly examined and approved by the counselor, deputy secretary and secretary, and health management should be done according to the regulations.

3. Strictly implement the examination and approval management system for faculty leaving Chongqing, and strictly control "who approves and who is responsible". Those who leave Chongqing without authorization in violation of regulations will be dealt with severely.

Second, strengthen the management of past posts.

1. Double campus strictly implements closed management. If students really need to leave school, they must go through the formalities of asking for leave and enter and leave the school with the leave slip signed and approved by the counselor, deputy secretary and secretary. When you return to school, you must show your leave slip, check two yards through the gate and check the nucleic acid test report. Only when your body temperature is normal (below 37.3 degrees) can you enter the school. After returning to school, students on leave must register with the counselor and report their whereabouts during the period of leaving school.

2. Student traffic management in Huiyuan Community and Zhiyuan Community. Students in Huiyuan Community enter the teaching area through the overpass in the family area to Qiushi Square. Students from Zhiyuan Community enter and leave the teaching area of Nan 'an Campus through the closed passage and the underground pedestrian passage of Mingde Square. Students are not allowed to leave the campus through other exits.

3. It is strictly forbidden for outsiders and vehicles to enter and leave. Except for epidemic prevention and control and campus management services, other irrelevant personnel and vehicles in the school are not allowed to enter the school.

4. The logistics service center is responsible for strengthening the past management of No.5 and No.6 gates in the family area. The Assets Department, together with the property management company, strengthens the management of No.7 gate in Zhiyuan Community, prohibits students from entering and leaving, and conducts health and epidemic prevention inspection and temperature detection for other personnel in the family area and Zhiyuan Community.
