Due to the report of the community owner, our company has learned from the relevant departments that the fire escape of the community was seriously blocked by the private vehicles of the community owner. In order to ensure the safety, smoothness, order and civilization of fire exits in residential areas, it is forbidden for residential owners to park their vehicles in fire exits.

Article 28 of China's "New Fire Protection Law" stipulates that no unit or individual may occupy, block or close evacuation passages, fire exits and fire truck passages. Doors and windows in crowded places shall not be equipped with obstacles that affect escape and fire fighting and rescue. In violation of these regulations, according to the provisions of Article 60 of the new Fire Protection Law, if a unit violates the provisions of this law, it shall be ordered to make corrections and be fined between 5,000 yuan and 50,000 yuan; if an individual violates these regulations, it shall be given a warning or fined between 500 yuan.

Fire escape is a special escape route in case of emergency, and no unit or individual has the right to occupy it. In order to ensure the safety of car owners, it is forbidden to park vehicles and pile up sundries on the stairs and fire exits. Please ask car owners to voluntarily withdraw their vehicles from the corridor. In case of violation of this regulation, the property will cooperate with relevant departments to forcibly evacuate vehicles from the corridor. The property has temporarily arranged temporary parking spaces for the owners, and the owners are requested to park their vehicles in the basement parking lot of Jinzhou District International Community Phase II Project.

Article 16 of the Fire Protection Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) * * * Organs, organizations, enterprises, institutions and other units shall perform the following fire safety duties: (4) Ensure that evacuation passages, safety exits and fire truck passages are unblocked, and ensure that fire prevention and smoke prevention zones and fire prevention intervals meet fire control technical standards.

Article 60 If a unit violates the provisions of this Law and commits any of the following acts, it shall be ordered to make corrections and be fined between 5,000 yuan and 50,000 yuan.

(5) Occupying, blocking or closing the passage of fire engines, which hinders the passage of fire engines. Individuals who commit any of the acts listed in the second, third, fourth and fifth items of the preceding paragraph shall be given a warning or imposed a fine of not more than 500 yuan.

Anyone who commits any of the acts in Item 3, Item 4, Item 5 and Item 6 of the first paragraph of this article and refuses to correct it after being ordered to do so shall be enforced, and the expenses required shall be borne by the violator.
