Responsibilities of property safety management

Property management companies can entrust professional companies to operate or organize special teams to carry out property safety management business. But no matter who will complete it, the special requirements of property safety must be taken into account at the beginning of the design of property construction scheme. Safety experts must participate in the formulation of property design scheme together with property management personnel to avoid unnecessary changes after the scheme is completed. The setting of safety management organization is related to the type and scale of the property under management. The main responsibilities of the security department are:

(1) Implement the guidelines, policies and relevant regulations of the national public security department on security work, establish various security work systems in the property area, and be fully responsible for security work in the property area;

(2) Organize all employees of the department to carry out various safety work, put forward opinions on post setting and personnel arrangement, formulate job responsibilities and task requirements, and preside over regular safety work meetings;

(3) Be familiar with the resident population in the property area, keep abreast of changes, understand the public security situation in this area, and put forward opinions and measures for the public security work in the property area in a predictable manner;

(4) Actively carry out publicity and education on "Five Preventions" (fire prevention, theft prevention, explosion prevention, damage prevention and natural disaster prevention), take practical measures to prevent all kinds of accidents, and have the ability to properly handle unexpected accidents;

⑤ Pay special attention to the safety education and training of departmental cadres and workers, and put forward and implement the education and training plan.
