How long does it take for a temporary property management company to be replaced by a third-class qualified property management company?

The enterprise qualification of the property management company is temporary level 3, and it can be changed from temporary level 3 to level 3 qualification certificate after one year, unless the property management company has serious property management violations within one year.

Article 7 of the Measures for the Administration of Qualification of Property Service Enterprises stipulates that the qualification grade of newly established property service enterprises shall be approved according to the lowest grade, tentatively for one year.

Article 1 1 means that the application for the qualification grade of a property service enterprise is not approved by the qualification management department with 13 violations, and the statement of the owner's temporary property management company is not the standard statement of the qualification grade of the property service enterprise.
