What folk plastic arts are there in Hohhot?

Zhaojun Tomb, also known as "Zhong Qing", is a key cultural relic protection unit in the autonomous region, located nine kilometers south of Hohhot. Built in the Han Dynasty, the tomb is more than 30 meters high and magnificent. In the cemetery, pine trees are weeping willows and flowers are flourishing. There is a folk saying in Zhaojun Tomb that "Chen Rufeng, noon is like a bell, and Jun is like a fir", which is one of the eight scenic spots in Hohhot.

Wanbu Huayan Pagoda, commonly known as "White Pagoda", is a national key cultural relics protection unit. Located in the eastern suburb of Hohhot, 17 km, it was built in the reign of Emperor Sheng Zong of Liao Dynasty, and it was the Buddhist scripture collection building in the former Gu Feng area. The tower is 55.5 meters high, octagonal and seven-level pavilion-style, with beautiful shape and exquisite craftsmanship, and the decorative art has the characteristics of the times. There are 36 statues of King Kong, Lux, Bodhisattva and Buddha. The tower is embedded with stone tablets of the Jin Dynasty, and the wall is engraved with inscriptions written by tourists in Chinese, Khitan, Jurchen, Xixia, Tibetan, Basiba and Mongolian. These inscriptions truly reflect the political, economic, military and cultural conditions of Hohhot at that time, and are the history of friendly exchanges between various ethnic groups in the past.
