Fudan LAM Raymond Science Park takes LAM Raymond Road as the axis, east to Xiaomuqiao Road, west to Wanping South Road, north to Zhaojiabang Road, south to Lingling Road and Xujiahui, a Shanghai-level sub-center. The National Rights and Interests Branch of Fudan Science Park belongs to the National University Science Park of Fudan University, which was first recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Education. It was jointly built by Yangpu District and Fudan University.

Fudan University Science Park Quanguo Branch is located in the center of Wujiaochang, No.39-47 Quanguo Road. The whole park is surrounded by Quanguo Road, Quanguo Branch Road and Guo Ke Road, covering an area of 46 mu, adjacent to Huangxing Greenland and Inner Ring Road, with beautiful environment, near Wujiaochang City Sub-center and complete commercial facilities.

The first phase of Quanguo Branch Park covers an area of 10. 13 mu, with a plot ratio of10.4 and a construction area of124,000 square meters, including an office building of 4,900 square meters and two trial buildings of 7,500 square meters. Now it has been built and put into use.

The second phase of Quanguo Branch Park is adjacent to the first phase, covering an area of 35.87 mu. Wujiaochang town signed an agreement with Zhejiang Shangfeng Hi-Tech Group to jointly develop the second phase of the project, and planned to build four science and technology business buildings, 1 apartment building, with a total area of 8 1 10,000 square meters, including 77,000 square meters above ground and 4,000 square meters underground, with a plot ratio of 3.3, a building density of 28.9% and a green space rate of 50%. The base will be built into a science and technology park with the purpose of scientific and technological innovation, scientific and technological business and incubation of biology, life, information, electronics and related industries.
