Does the owner have the right to take the garbage left in the corridor?

Article 28 of the Fire Protection Law stipulates that no unit or individual may damage, misappropriate or dismantle or stop fire protection facilities and equipment without authorization, bury, occupy or block fire hydrants or occupy fire prevention spaces, or occupy, block or close evacuation passages, fire exits and fire truck passages. Doors and windows in crowded places shall not be equipped with obstacles that affect escape and fire fighting and rescue.

According to the provisions of the Fire Protection Law, the owner's placement of discarded items in residential buildings belongs to the act of occupying fire evacuation passages.

In order to eliminate fire hazards and ensure smooth fire exits, according to the fourth paragraph of Article 16 of the Fire Protection Law, the property management company shall ensure smooth evacuation exits, fire exits and fire truck exits, and ensure that fire prevention and smoke prevention zones and fire prevention intervals meet the technical standards for fire control. According to this regulation, the property management company has the right to clean up the sundries piled up by the owners in the corridor.
