1. 2. Submit the two budget plans to the industry committee for consideration.

3. After deliberation and approval by the industry committee, the budget plan will be submitted to the owners' meeting for voting, and owners' representatives and property management companies can be organized to answer questions and reply when necessary.

4. If the owners' meeting deliberates and agrees to adjust the property fee standard, the industry committee will sign a new property management contract with the property company on behalf of all owners according to the new fee standard. If the owners' meeting adopts Option 2, the property management committee and the property management company will sign a new property management contract according to the new service standard.

5. After the price adjustment is approved by the owners' meeting and a new property contract is signed, the property company will go to the local price management department and the housing management department to record the new property fee charging standard with the written deliberation certificate of the industry Committee and the original property management contract.
