The elevator maintenance contract has not expired. Can the property contract be terminated?

Before the expiration of the contract, the property company has no right to unilaterally terminate the contract. A contract concluded according to law is protected by law, and either party shall perform its obligations as stipulated in the contract. Unless there are legal reasons or circumstances stipulated in the contract, the property company has no right to unilaterally terminate the contract. If the contract is terminated unilaterally, the other party to the contract may require the property management company to continue to perform the contract or terminate the contract and pay liquidated damages.
