If there is a big trouble, it will be reflected in the owners' committee, which will react to the streets, hold a meeting of owners and replace the property with conclusive evidence, then the property company will be expelled from the owners.

Of course, this is an extreme situation. Most owners are closing down. It is better to do more than one thing, and not to go to the owners' Committee to make trouble collectively, but this situation is not impossible. Therefore, for their own survival and interests, the property management company will not let you set up a stall in the community at will.
