1. Science and Technology Innovation Zone

Small-scale Phase I has a total construction area of about 6,933 square meters, consisting of three buildings with a single construction area of 2,056 square meters. The design has three floors, with the bottom floor height of 5. 1 m, the mezzanine floor height of 2.4m, the second floor height of 3m and the third floor height of 3m. The small mold manufacturing area will gather a group of mold enterprises with the road of "small but fine, small but specialized, small and special" and become the incubation base for building a "little giant" in the mold industry.

The medium-sized Phase I has a total construction area of about 1 1649 square meters, consisting of four buildings, with a single building area of 2,935 square meters. It is designed as three floors, with the bottom floor height of 5. 1 meter, the mezzanine floor height of 2.4 meters, the second floor height of 3 meters and the third floor height of 3 meters. Medium-sized mold manufacturing area will provide the best platform support for lean production and intensive management for medium-sized mold enterprises by optimizing the reasonable architectural layout.

3. Mould Industry and Trade Zone

The first phase has a total construction area of about 32,063 square meters and consists of 18 buildings. The total construction area of standard single building is 1, 717m2. The second floor is designed for production and processing, with a height of 4.5 meters and a height of 3.3 meters. The other side is designed as a single-layer formwork material processing workshop with a height of10.1m. 5. Mould hardware and electrical equipment area

The first phase has a total construction area of about 23,529 square meters, consisting of 13 buildings, with a single building area of about 1.800 square meters. The design has three floors, with a height of 4.5 meters, a height of 4.5 meters on the second floor and a height of 3.2 meters on the third floor. The exhibition area of mold hardware and electrical appliances will become the most influential mold equipment exhibition center in East China, relying on Kunshan's high radiation location advantage.
