This campus is located in Guangzhou Road, Gulou District, belonging to the inner ring of Nanjing, and the famous IT market Zhujiang Road is in the east, so the house price is very high.

Single bungalow is around 800/ month, and the price of nearby buildings or communities is higher. Most single rooms are above 1000/ month.

Finely decorated single apartment, the price is even more outrageous, generally above 2500/ month.
