Bailu Lake Project was jointly developed by Huicheng District People's Government and Agile Real Estate Holdings Co., Ltd., and Huizhou Bailu Lake Tourism Industry Development Co., Ltd. was established by the project company. The total investment of the project is about 5 billion yuan, and the capital invested in the project construction within 1 year after the agreement comes into effect will not be less than 400 million yuan. The main projects include five-star hotels, artificial beaches, leisure and ecological parks, expansion activity bases, equestrian clubs, outing management, entertainment and shopping areas, leisure and holiday villas, etc. The above-mentioned projects will be completed within 4 years after the agreement comes into effect and the relevant government departments approve the relevant plans.
