First, the time and scope of prohibiting the sale and discharge

(1) According to the provisions of Article 36 of the Regulations on the Safety Management of Fireworks and Firecrackers in the State Council and the relevant requirements of the Decision of the Standing Committee of Baotou Municipal People's Congress on Prohibiting the Setting off of Fireworks and Firecrackers, Setting off Kongming Lantern and Burning Sacrificial Articles, if fireworks and firecrackers are produced and operated without permission, the safety production supervision and management department shall order them to stop their illegal production and operation activities, and impose a fine of more than 20,000 yuan but less than 65,438+10,000 yuan, and confiscate their illegal income. For those who transport fireworks and firecrackers by road without permission, the public security department shall order them to stop illegal transportation activities, impose a fine of 1000 yuan to 50000 yuan, and confiscate the illegally transported articles and illegal income. Illegal production, operation and transportation of fireworks and firecrackers, which constitutes a violation of public security management, shall be given administrative penalties for public security according to law; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.

(II) According to the provisions of Article 42 of the State Council's Regulations on the Safety Management of Fireworks and Firecrackers and the relevant requirements of the Decision of the Standing Committee of Baotou Municipal People's Congress on Prohibiting Fireworks and Firecrackers, Burning Kongming Lantern, Burning Incense and Burning Sacrificial Articles, if fireworks and firecrackers are set off at the time and place where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited, the public security department shall order them to stop and impose a fine of more than 65,438 yuan in 500 yuan. Those who violate the administration of public security shall be punished according to law.

Fourth, monitoring and reporting.

Any unit or individual has the right to discourage, stop and report the illegal sale and discharge of fireworks and firecrackers. The reporting telephone number is 1 10.
