Community profile: Our community is located in the urban-rural fringe. On the basis of the original Maguanying neighborhood committee, the Lianyuan community neighborhood committee was established in May 2002 after expansion and mid-term elections. On March 16, 2006, with the expiration of the term of the previous community party committee, a new community party committee was elected according to the requirements of the higher-level party organizations, with Comrade Wu as the secretary and Comrade Wu as the deputy secretary. In order to consolidate and develop the achievements of rural housing construction, with the help and guidance of the street township government, after the study of Liuliqiao Village, the Street Working Committee approved the appointment of Comrade Wang Fulai as the deputy secretary of the community party committee. Organizationally, it ensures the development of residential village construction. After the successful change of the community party committee, according to the provisions of the Organic Law of Urban Residents' Committees, on April 18, 2006, after the election of the residents' congress, seven leaders of the neighborhood committees were formed with Comrade Rui-qi Li as the director and Comrade Wan Caifeng as the deputy director. My community is bordered by Liuliqiao Community in the east, Feng and Qu Yuan in the south, Maguanying Village in the west and Lianxiang Garden in the north, with an area of 0.98 square kilometers. Lianyi Garden Community is managed by Liuliqiao Village Property Company, Huadian Property Company and Guangyu Property Company. There are 2406 households with 72 18 people in the south square of West Railway Station, including 450 villagers, 240 residents of railway system, and the rest are rural residents and relocated households. There are 300 residents in party member, including 84 villagers party member, 40 party member/KLOC-0 and 76 retired party member. From the geographical location and the composition of community members, it is not difficult to see that this is a typical new community with mixed urban and rural areas.

Community jurisdiction: East: bordering Liuliqiao community; South: bounded by Feng and Qu Yuan (Xinjian Road Center); West: bounded by the road center of Lianyiyuan District 2; North: bounded by Beizhan Road and Lianxiangyuan.
