How to rent and manage a house in Cambodia?

After buying a house in China, there are three ways to do it:

2. There are local intermediaries serving China owners, who can provide services such as leasing, selling and hosting. Generally, such intermediaries are run by China people, so you can trust them.

3. You can also put your house on the Internet as short rent, managed by the second local property management company.
