Twenty-seventh departments, branches, enterprises and institutions shall, according to the actual needs, organize the preparation of relevant training programs, teaching materials and emergency handling operation manuals, and prepare popular emergency reading materials to ensure that the staff of their own units master the necessary emergency handling knowledge and skills through training.

All departments, branches, enterprises and institutions shall, according to the needs of dealing with emergencies, determine the reasonable storage methods of emergency plans, emergency handling operation manuals and other materials, so as to facilitate the use and guidance of emergency handling. When necessary, emergency plans, emergency handling operation manuals and other materials can be backed up in different places and stored in electronic and paper media.

Twenty-eighth departments, branches, enterprises and institutions of the chief executive is the first responsible person of the unit and related business emergency plan work, unified organization and leadership of emergency plan work.

The staff of the People's Bank of China listed in the emergency plan contact list shall be responsible for the authenticity and validity of the relevant information on the list; The emergency plan management departments and units shall designate special personnel to be responsible for keeping the relevant information of persons outside the People's Bank of China listed in the emergency plan contact list true and effective.
