I. Order, Management and Use

L residents consciously maintain the hygiene of corridors and public places, and do not litter at will.

L reasonably control the volume of TV and stereo, and don't affect the normal life of others for your own parties and entertainment, and don't make other noises that hinder others.

In order to ensure students' normal class and rest, music and advertisements are not allowed to be played at high volume in the business hall.

L The catering business in the lobby must have a special flue gas discharge pipeline that meets the relevant regulations, and shall not damage the appearance of the building or affect the lives of other residents.

L hanging plaques and advertisements in the business hall shall not exceed the upper edge of the first floor.

L bicycles, motorcycles and all kinds of sundries shall not be stored in the corridor, and all kinds of vehicles shall be placed in an orderly manner.

L visiting foreign vehicles are parked at the location designated by the property management personnel, and heavy vehicles are not allowed to enter the hardened area.

L shall not arbitrarily change the structure of water supply, drainage, power supply and heating facilities.

L All kinds of wastewater should be filtered or avoided by other feasible methods if it may cause pipeline blockage during discharge.

L Consciously protect public facilities such as building external walls, steps, stairs and hardened floors to avoid man-made damage. Handling items shall not damage the doors, stairs and walls of the unit.

I don't write or post advertisements on the walls inside and outside the building.

I don't spit or pee.

The door of unit L shall be locked at any time, and the door or top door shall not be supported by stones.

Second, law and order.

L shall not carry out all kinds of renovation that affect the overall structural safety.

L do a good job in the safety prevention of electricity, water, fire and gas, use gas and household appliances as required, control the power load, check frequently, and find and eliminate hidden dangers in time.

L The business hall shall not engage in inflammable, explosive, toxic or volatile goods.

L Lock the unit door, entrance door, accessory door and vehicle at any time to prevent theft.

During the festival, fireworks must be set off outside buildings and boiler rooms 30 meters away.

L it is forbidden to dump or discard sundries from upstairs.

L maintain the order of the community and prohibit mobile vendors and other personnel from entering the hospital.

Third, the obligations of the owners.

L abide by the owners' convention and the rules of procedure of the owners' congress.
