(a) property management qualification examination registration conditions:

(1) People's Republic of China (PRC) citizens who abide by national laws and regulations, abide by professional ethics, and meet one of the following conditions may apply for the qualification examination for property managers:

1. Obtained technical secondary school education in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and worked for 10 years, including 8 years in property management.

2. Obtain a college degree in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and have worked for 6 years, including 4 years in property management.

3. Obtain a bachelor's degree in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and have worked for 4 years, including 3 years in property management.

4. Graduated from double bachelor's degree or postgraduate course in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and worked for 3 years, including 2 years in property management.

5. Obtain a master's degree in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and have been engaged in property management for 2 years.

6. Get a doctorate in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and engage in property management 1 year.

7. Those who have obtained corresponding academic qualifications and degrees in other majors will have their working years and working years in property management increased by 2 years.

(two) Hong Kong and Macao residents who meet the registration requirements for the examination may apply for the qualification examination for property managers. The applicant shall submit his/her identity certificate, corresponding professional education or degree certificate recognized by the education administrative department of the State Council, and relevant years of work and property management at the time of registration. Measures for professional and technical personnel in Taiwan Province Province to take the examination shall be formulated separately.

(3) Measures for the administration of foreign professionals applying for the qualification examination, registration and practice of property managers shall be formulated separately.

(2) Registration conditions for the property manager qualification examination:

Abide by the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC) and various laws and regulations, abide by professional ethics, be in good health, be rated as a professional technical post above the intermediate level, have worked as a property management project manager or director of the property management project management office for five years or more, have managed more than two property management projects, have a management area of 200,000 square meters, have good management performance, and have obtained the qualification certificate of post training for property management managers issued by the Ministry of Construction, and meet the following conditions (1).

(1) Education and work experience

1. Bachelor degree or above, engaged in property management for 5 years.

2. Have a college degree, engaged in property management 10 years.

3. Have technical secondary school education, engaged in property management 15 years.

(2) Professional level and performance

1. As the first author, he has published more than 2 professional papers on property management (each with no less than 2,000 words) in journals with a unified domestic serial number (CN) or an international serial number (ISSN);

2. Publish professional works related to property management with the Uniform Book Number (ISBN) (I have independently written chapters of more than 30,000 words).

3. The main technical person in charge (top 5) who has won the scientific and technological achievement award project of property management related majors at or above the provincial level.
