Conditions for establishing a property management company

The establishment of a property company requires the following conditions:

1, with less than 50 shareholders;

2. There are articles of association formulated according to law;

3. The capital contribution subscribed by all shareholders in accordance with the Articles of Association meets the minimum registered capital stipulated by law;

4. Have a company name and domicile, and establish an organization that meets the requirements of the property management company;

5, qualified employees, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state to obtain professional qualification certificates.

The establishment of a limited liability company shall meet the following conditions:

(1) Shareholders meet the quorum.

(2) The capital contribution subscribed by all shareholders in accordance with the Articles of Association.

(3) Shareholders * * * shall formulate articles of association.

(4) Having a company name and establishing an organization meeting the requirements of a limited liability company.

(5) Having a company domicile.
