We will perform the following duties:

1, improve the overall living environment quality of the community.

2, pay attention to strengthen property management, keep the overall environment and use function of residential area construction unchanged for a long time.

3. Be responsible for the following work (items (1)-(7) are property management services):

(1) Management: We will implement enthusiastic, earnest, patient, thoughtful and meticulous institutionalized property management, and accept the supervision of all operators at any time.

(2) Maintenance: maintenance, repair and management of public parts and public facilities and equipment in the community.

(3) Public security: The community has a special public security force, which is on duty 24 hours a day and regularly patrols the whole district to create a good public security environment and order.

(4) Cleaning: The cleaning staff regularly cleans and removes garbage to keep the public areas and public facilities in the community clean.

(5) Greening: responsible for the greening of the community, maintaining trees and flowers in all seasons, and maintaining a good greening landscape.

(6) Vehicle traffic management: control motor vehicles to enter the community, drive and park in the community, and maintain a quiet atmosphere in the community.

(7) Carry out rich and beneficial community cultural activities.

(8) Stable establishment and improvement of community entertainment and commercial service facilities.
