Consequences of cancellation of property

1. It is forbidden for trucks and buses to enter the community to transport decoration materials, and trucks carrying furniture can only enter with permission. Foreign vehicles entering the community need to park in the temporary parking spaces designated by security personnel (except special vehicles such as police, fire fighting, rescue, environmental protection and funeral);

2. In principle, it is forbidden to park tourist vehicles in the community. Under special circumstances, vehicles need to enter the community for temporary parking and charge fees according to relevant regulations;

3. After the vehicle enters the residential area, it must slow down, and the speed shall not exceed 5km/h, so as to ensure the safety of pedestrians and vehicles, and the vehicle will drive into the designated parking position neatly;

4. It is forbidden for vehicles to block fire exits, access intersections, and not to exceed parking spaces or cross parking. The property management company will take corresponding measures to prevent owners from entering and leaving, occupying lawns, parking main roads, turning corners or occupying other people's parking spaces, and the consequences will be borne by the owners themselves;

5. For illegally parked vehicles, the Property Management Office has the right to clean up, and the cleaning cost shall be borne by the owner. For those who do not listen to advice and cause traffic jams, the property management office has the right to punish the parties;

6. It is forbidden for vehicles to honk their horns in the community, and try not to use electronic alarms that are too sensitive to noise to ensure the quiet environment of the community;

7. Vehicles loaded with inflammable, explosive, toxic or polluting substances are strictly prohibited from entering the community;

8. When the parking space in the community is full, the management personnel have the right to refuse the entry of vehicles. Foreign vehicles are not allowed to stay overnight in the community;

9. Ground parking spaces in residential areas shall not be transferred privately, and the right to use parking spaces shall be cancelled once found;

10. Ground parking spaces in residential areas are only used for parking seven motor vehicles.

Article 15 (Service Specification)

Operators of public parking lots (garages) shall observe the following service standards:

(a) in accordance with the norms set up parking lot (garage) business service signs;

(two) in accordance with the norms and rules formulated by the municipal administrative department of transportation, the supervision telephone number is announced;

(three) the implementation of parking fees, in the parking lot (garage) at the entrance and the toll booth eye-catching position of the public charging standards;

(four) according to the standard of parking spaces, and shall not increase or decrease the number of parking spaces without authorization;

(five) the configuration conforms to the specifications of lighting equipment, communication equipment and time charging equipment;

(six) to guide the orderly entry and exit of vehicles and regulate parking, and maintain the parking order;

(seven) to formulate management systems for vehicle parking, public security, fire protection and flood control, and emergency plans for emergencies;

(eight) staff dress code, wearing a service certificate.

Article 16 (Code of Conduct for Drivers)

Motor vehicle drivers and their vehicle attendants shall observe the following provisions when parking their vehicles in public parking lots (garages):

(a) obey the command of the staff and park the vehicles in an orderly manner;

(two) shall not damage the parking facilities and equipment;

(3) Vehicles loaded with inflammable, explosive, toxic and harmful dangerous goods or other prohibited items shall not be parked.
