Is there a right to rent the above-ground parking space property in the community?

Legal analysis: the residential ground parking space property has no right to rent. Legal basis: Paragraph 1 of Article 275 of the Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates: "The ownership of parking spaces and garages planned for parking cars within a building division shall be agreed upon by the parties through sale, gift or lease."
