Ningbo Outdoor Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. was established in June of 1989 and June of 10. It is the first Sino-foreign joint venture real estate development enterprise in Ningbo established by China Real Estate Development Group Ningbo Company and Hong Kong Hengxing Li Ji (Real Estate) Co., Ltd., mainly engaged in comprehensive real estate development, commercial housing management, leasing, architectural design, property management and other businesses, and also engaged in building decoration materials. Over the years, it was rated as AAA-level enterprise with bank credit by the city, and was rated as the largest real estate enterprise in Zhejiang Province and 99 real estate enterprises with excellent public image by Zhejiang Branch of China Enterprise Evaluation Center in the first national tertiary industry survey in February. The company has jurisdiction over property, industry and trade, flowers and trees, kindergartens and other companies and enterprises.

After the establishment of the company, the first project is to develop and construct the first advanced foreign-related villa area in Zhejiang Province-Ningbo Fan Jing Garden, with a total construction area of 654.38+10,000 square meters. Among them, there are 16 1 senior villas, 10 senior apartments and many scenic clubs, swimming pools, kindergartens and other supporting facilities. The excellent and good rate of engineering quality is over 50%, and several individual projects have won the Hundred Flowers Award and Qianjiang Cup awards respectively. 1996 Fan Jing garden was awarded the honorary title of "two-star" civilized community by the Ministry of People's and Construction of China. Since the development of Fan Jing Garden, the company has successively developed 500,000 square meters of residential quarters such as Jiangdong Happy Garden Phase I, Dangui Garden, fairview park and Wenjing Garden, and 300,000 square meters of Yaojiang Garden residential quarters. At present, Shi Sheng Taoyuan Villa Community, Xikou Town, Fenghua City, a national AAAA scenic spot, is being developed.
