Can I buy a small property right house in Shenzhen? Is there any compensation for demolition?

Existence is truth. There are too many small property houses in Shenzhen, and there are several types of small property houses. The first type is peasant houses. In the early days, many people bought their own land and built houses with their own funds. They can live, rent and sell. The second type is residential houses built by some local tyrants or institutions. This type of house is basically the same as a commercial house, except that the developer does not have all kinds of qualifications of a real estate development company and cannot buy and sell like a commercial house. The third kind is a real house built by aborigines in Shenzhen. A village is equal to a company, and each household raises funds and then builds a residential house. This is called a unified building. No matter which one, there are basically no new big real estate projects now. If you want to buy it, I suggest buying the latter two. It is no problem to buy your own house. If you buy investment, the income may not be as high as that of formal commercial housing.
