The Decision of Hangzhou Municipal People's Government on Amending the Interim Provisions of Hangzhou Municipality on the Administration of Land Use Fee Collection of Foreign-invested Enterprises and other 23 municipal government regulations, which was considered and adopted at the 66th executive meeting of the Municipal People's Government on March 20th, 20 12, is hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
