What are the rules in family life?

Legal analysis: People's Republic of China (PRC) Civil Code is called "encyclopedia of social life", which is the declaration and guarantee of civil rights. The fifth part is about marriage and family, including a series of regulations on family relations.

If the constitution focuses on restricting public power, then the civil code focuses on protecting private rights. Almost all civil activities, from signing a contract to setting up a company to paying property fees and divorce, can be found in the Civil Code.

Legal basis: Article 1043 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that families should establish a good family style, carry forward family virtues and attach importance to the construction of family civilization.
