Lin Shengbin, the family member of the victim of "Nanny arson" in Hangzhou, recently filed a civil lawsuit against relevant units including property management and housekeeping, claiming a total amount of 654.38+300 million yuan. Today (30th), I learned from Hangzhou Intermediate People's Court that the court has accepted the case.

It was learned from Lin Shengbin's attorney Lin Jie that the nine units prosecuted were Greentown Property Service Group Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Greentown Haiqi Industrial Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Public Security Bureau Fire Department, China Construction Third Engineering Group Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Greentown Oriental Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Zhongxing Engineering Construction Supervision Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Zhuan Construction Group Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Huaan Fire Technology Service Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Yang Chen Home Economics Service Co., Ltd.

Lin Shengbin believes that as a property manager, Greentown Property Company's fire safety management is not in place and its emergency response capability is insufficient. Failing to perform fire safety duties in accordance with the law, failing to properly maintain public fire control facilities, failing to ensure that fire control facilities such as fire water supply and fire extinguishing equipment, fire lanes, safe evacuation, smoke control, fire alarm, fire fighting equipment, etc. are in good condition and easy to use, and the initial fire fighting disposal is ineffective, which is obviously at fault.

In addition, Greentown Property Company did not strictly implement the inspection system as required, and relevant personnel filled in some inspection records of fire equipment afterwards; The fire lane is covered with green, which affects the passage and parking of fire-fighting vehicles; When the fire broke out, the fire hydrant pump control switch in the water pump room was not in the automatic state. Indoor fire hydrant box doors are wrapped in marble decoration, some of which are inconvenient to open.

The domestic service company involved in the case failed to fulfill its obligation of moral conduct review and was also at fault for the occurrence of this case.

Lin Shengbin filed a civil lawsuit against the above nine units, claiming a total of 65.438+300 billion yuan.

This morning (May 30th), I learned from the Hangzhou Intermediate People's Court that the court had accepted the case and sent a notice of acceptance to Lin Shengbin.
