(3) Urban management department: Urban management organizations at all levels in the jurisdiction are responsible for investigating and dealing with all kinds of acts of destroying green space. (4) Street and district offices: 1. To combine the design, construction and maintenance management of residential greening, formulate and implement the responsibility system of maintenance management, so as to make the task clear and the responsibility to people, and effectively promote the greening management in the jurisdiction. 2. Be responsible for the implementation, supervision and inspection in strict accordance with the Greening Standard for Residential Areas in Chaoyang District, and put an end to the phenomenon of abandoning management, demotion, encroachment on green space and changing the nature of the use of green space and garden facilities. 3. In the next stage, each office will determine the green space grades of all residential areas within its jurisdiction according to the Quality Standard for Greening Maintenance Grades (Zi [1 999] No.047) issued by the Municipal Bureau and the local standard of Beijing (2003-101implementation), and the grades will be determined according to the grade level (V) According to the greening standards of residential areas in Chaoyang District, do a good job in self-inspection of greening in residential areas, solve existing problems in time, and promote the overall level of greening. 2, formulate and implement the responsibility system of maintenance management, determine the full-time personnel management, improve the maintenance management measures, do a good job in the maintenance and protection of all kinds of flowers, trees, garden facilities and infrastructure. Fourth, do a good job in publicity, widely participate in publicizing the laws, regulations and systems of greening and beautification through radio, television, blackboard newspapers, windows, etc., educate the masses and primary and secondary school students to love trees and protect green, effectively raise the masses' awareness of the importance of green space management and protection, let the masses consciously participate in the management and protection work, and comprehensively improve the level of green space management and protection in residential areas. V. Evaluating the Excellent and Punishing the Inferior, with strict rewards and punishments, the Chaoyang District Greening Committee organizes relevant personnel to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the greening management of residential quarters every year, implements comprehensive appraisal activities, evaluates "beautiful green communities", and gives material rewards and recognition to beautiful green communities. All streets and sub-district offices shall conduct a general survey of residential areas within their jurisdiction, and urge the residential areas with declining green space maintenance and management level and imperfect technical measures to carry out rectification. If the rectification effect is not improved after re-inspection, it will be given to informed criticism, and if the circumstances are serious, it will be notified in Chaoyang Daily.
