As a security guard.

I joined the company as a security guard just in time for the company to move into a new office building. At that time, there were few people and heavy tasks. I worked 12 hours a day. In addition to standing guard, maintaining the order of the company, taking care of the company's property, and helping to move furniture and put furniture every day, I really became a qualified security guard.

Be a property monitor.

After working for more than a month, due to the needs of the company, I was appointed as the monitor of the property department, which also brought impetus to my work. I insist on patrolling the company's regional health every day, checking and maintaining the company's hardware facilities and security guards, and arriving at the post half an hour in advance every day. When the company first opened, the customer flow was relatively large. In this case, I worked overtime every day. In the absence of property knowledge, I study property-related knowledge and management knowledge in my spare time to improve my business ability.

1, safety management: 1, system construction: shift change, patrol, standing guard and guiding vehicles are all carried out in accordance with the preliminary property manual of the property management company, and I will check them at any time every day. If there is any violation of the system, I will deal with it in strict accordance with the punishment standard of public security deduction. 2. Pay attention to ideological construction: our security guards come from all directions and places, and the purpose of coming to work in the company is different. We must unify one goal, that is, do our job and do a good job in the company's security.

2. Cleaning management: Cleaning is the most basic work, and it is also an indispensable and important work in our work. I insist on checking my health area once a day to supervise and guide it. Timely detection and timely treatment. When winter came and the temperature between the model rooms was low, I did the ideological work of cleaning the model rooms in time.

3. Maintenance: patrol the company's hardware facilities every day. If I find anything wrong, I have repaired it in time, such as the replacement of the lamp tube and the sewage interface of the washbasin. If I can't solve it myself, I will report to the department head in time.

4. Temporary work: on the premise of doing a good job, help other departments to do something within their power, such as carrying heavy objects, placing rainbow doors and water flags in summer.

Shortcomings in work, causes and solutions.

Existing shortcomings:

The regularity of public security patrol at night is too strong, and it is easy for criminals to find out the law.

Cause analysis: the habitual patrol of security guards leads to too strong regularity of time and route.

Solution: security guards are required to patrol at night, and the route is irregular and uncertain at each time.

The cleaning work is not in place and there is a sanitary corner. Such as a high windowsill or under a table.

Cause analysis: the sanitary corner is inconspicuous and not easy to attract attention.

Solution: Please ask the cleaning staff to clean from small to large, leaving no dead ends.

Maintenance of hardware facilities is not timely enough. If the light doesn't work.

Cause analysis: the inspection is not in place.

Solution: Strengthen the inspection of the company's hardware facilities to ensure that all kinds of hardware facilities can operate well.

The next step needs hard work.

Solve some existing problems on the basis of the original work, and at the same time strengthen the study of their own business knowledge. Do a good job in safety and fire control, but also reflect the company's good mental outlook from daily duty; In terms of cleaning, we should clean the sanitation in place, leave no dead ends, and give the employees a comfortable working environment.
