Evaluate once a year. Hunan property rating is obtained by Hunan property management industry association through scientific, fair and objective evaluation index system and evaluation method. The evaluation content consists of core elements such as enterprise management information and excellent property service projects. According to the comprehensive score of enterprise credit, it is divided into seven grades: AAA, AA, A, B, C, D and E.
