Reason for revocation: it has the same name as Haocheng Town Gaixia Neighborhood Committee; The name of Gaixia was later than that of Zhang Hong, and most of its jurisdiction was incorporated into the neighborhood committees in Zhang Hong.

Reasons for revocation: there is no "Xiguan" name or related place names in the history of the ancient town; Moreover, it is later than the name "under the station", and most of its jurisdiction is incorporated into the neighborhood Committee under the station.

Chengxi neighborhood committee is an agricultural village management system. It is planned to adjust the part east of the flood control dam and north of Yingbin Avenue to the jurisdiction of Xushen Neighborhood Committee, that is, the public rental housing community of Science Park.
