1. In the process of decoration design and construction, Party A and Party B promise not to damage the rights and interests of adjacent buildings, the community public, the developer and Party C, otherwise they will unconditionally restore the original state and compensate the infringed.
2. Party A and Party B guarantee that all construction personnel of the construction unit must be law-abiding citizens with no criminal record and complete certificates.
3. Party A and Party B promise to abide by all the management regulations of Cai Yi Garden, such as Management Convention, Owner's/Residential User's Manual and Decoration Guide. In case of violation, Party B is willing to bear the compensation liability claimed by Party C according to the above public information.

Party A and Party B promise to carry out decoration construction in strict accordance with the approval opinions of Party C, otherwise Party C may take any measures to prevent the non-batch decoration project from continuing construction, and reserve the right to investigate any damage caused by this behavior of Party A and Party B. ..

6. Party A promises to buy all risks and third party liability insurance for the house under its name during the renovation period or bear all losses incurred during the renovation period.
7. Party A shall supervise Party B to equip the renovated room with fire extinguishers (at least 2 fire extinguishers per household) and other fire fighting equipment, and take fire prevention measures, otherwise Party A will not allow Party B's personnel to enter the site for construction. Party B's personnel shall not use fire in violation of regulations, otherwise, in case of fire, all responsibilities shall be borne by Party B, and Party A shall bear joint and several liabilities.
Eight. Party B promises that the renovation construction time is from Monday to Friday at 8:30- 12:00, 14:00- 19:00, and Saturday 10:00-20:00, and no construction will be carried out at other times. Otherwise, Party A may take all necessary measures.
Nine. When Party B enters the residential area for decoration construction, he is willing to go through the formalities of decoration declaration and pay the deposit, decoration garbage cleaning fee and other expenses, otherwise Party C has the right to refuse Party B's personnel to enter the site.
X. Party B promises to keep the public places in the community clean, including stairs, public walls and floors, and shall not dump sewage and construction waste in public areas, otherwise it shall immediately and unconditionally recover, and is willing to accept compensation from Party A. The decoration waste shall not be discarded at will, and shall be transported to the place designated by the management office by manpower (undocumented outsiders shall not be employed to carry it).
XI。 Party B's personnel shall not interfere with the work of other units, wander in the public areas and corridors of the community, or stay outside the floor where the decoration unit is located. Otherwise, Party C has the right to confiscate the person's pass and deal with it accordingly.
12. Party B's personnel shall keep the building facilities intact and beautiful, and shall not dismantle or destroy all kinds of public facilities. Otherwise, Party B will unconditionally restore to its original state and accept the compensation for the increased management workload required by Party C in 30 yuan/Office.
13. Party B's personnel shall not spend the night, stay, make a fire and cook or engage in any illegal activities in the community. If it is really necessary for Party B's personnel to stay overnight due to special circumstances, it shall obtain the consent of the management office in advance, otherwise Party C shall investigate Party B's management responsibility according to 50 yuan/person-time.
14. The construction personnel of Party B shall be under the management of the management office personnel. If there is any dispute between the two parties over the handling of certain matters, it shall be settled through consultation between the construction director and the management office under the condition of unconditional immediate shutdown. Otherwise, Party A has the right to take all necessary measures.
15. During the renovation, Party B shall bear any safety accidents and criminal responsibilities of Party B's personnel.
16. Party C has the right to check the construction situation of the decoration users at any time during the decoration construction, and implement the management behavior according to the management convention, owner's manual and decoration guide of XX Cai Yi Garden.
17. This letter of commitment shall come into force for the signatory from the date of signature by either party.
