I. Guiding ideology

Adhere to the guidance of Scientific Outlook on Development, conscientiously implement the spirit of the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Fourth and Fifth Plenary Sessions of the Seventeenth Central Committee, adhere to the principle of "compartmentalization, organization, party member management, mobilization, resource utilization and service", focus on building "party member Representative Conference+regional Party General Branch", integrate various party building resources and social resources in the region, and serve the vast party member in the region as the starting point and focus.

II. Objectives and tasks

4. Main responsibilities: integrate party building resources in the jurisdiction and strengthen regional party building work; Formulate annual plans for regional party building work; Collect and process the suggestions made by the representative of party member; Coordinate and organize regional party organizations and party member to actively carry out various theme activities to serve the masses; Strengthen the education management of party member in the region.
